Is the High Rollers Club really free?
Yes. Zero cost, zero membership fee, zero minimum spend. Sign up, start earning, redeem whenever you want.
How many points do I earn per dollar?
Points are earned at our standard tier rate on every dollar of qualifying purchases. Ask any budtender for the exact current rate — we adjust it seasonally and run point bonus events.
Can I use points and a daily deal at the same time?
Most deals can be stacked with point redemptions, but a few promotional offers are exclusive. Your budtender will always tell you which combination saves you the most.
Do my points expire?
Points stay active as long as you make a qualifying purchase at least once per 12 months. If you go inactive for more than a year, balances may reset — but we’ll always reach out before that happens.
Can I use my points at High Haven locations?
Yes. The High Rollers Club is shared across the entire family — Aces in Plainfield, plus High Haven in Darien, Normal, and Elgin.
